Spirit Ascending, 1988

This soaring sculpture is dedicated to three men who inspired Raimondi during his formative years: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., President John F. Kennedy and his brother, Robert F. Kennedy. In 2016, Spirit Ascending the Palm Beach Opera was erroneously dismantled and destroyed without Raimondi's consent or knowledge.
